Knock, knock.

If you haven't visited freshome yet, I suggest you stop by and stay a while. I recently discovered this site and have been pouring over its unique home postings, like some of my favorites, featured below. Honey, I am home.

"House in Iporanga," designed by Arthur Casas. (Interesting that the architect's last name means "homes," no?)

A wooden house in Central Bohemia, designed by Czech architects, Sporadical.

Vila Isabella in Hanko, Finland, designed by Brasil Arquitetura.

House tours continue here.

All those windows...all the light....the outside world would never see me again. Well, that is unless they were peeking in my windows.

Love how clean and open they are. I 'd be happy in any of them, (as long as I wasn't the one who had to clean the windows!)

That is an awesome home. I love that modern, somewhat mid-century modern style. I have purchased a few pieces of furniture that are mid-century modern classics and just love them. Thanks for posting these pics.

that is so so beautiful... the detail of the inner stone walls and the way open space was utilized is striking.

These houses are so wonderful, I like how the architects are using windows and space in a way that it makes you feel like you're practically living outside.
