In the meantime, you'll be happy to know that Alexander McQueen will be launching a diffusion line for Target this spring! It's all part of Target's new Designer Collaborations, a program much like the Designer Initiative that brought us Proenza Schouler and Behnaz Sarafpour, but for more established designers. Considering Target is one of the few retailers in my new home town, I am très excited.
And for those of you who can't wait until spring, Lucky Shops opens today in NYC. I've scored some great bags and jewelry there over the years...pretty good deal.

I just read about the Tarjay/McQueen pairing and I'm awfully excited. You know when you're browsing clothes and you think I love that, it's often McQueen that I'm drooling over. Target will make it a bit more affordable for moi.
