This Fourth of July, may you catch up with old friends and relish in summer's happiest of holiday weekends.
And while I'm sharing my deep thoughts, I hope to twirl at least one sparkler, enjoy an orange popsicle, dip my toes in a pool, and munch on home-cooked BBQ food. Happy long weekend, sweet bees!
PS: Don't forget to enter the giveaway for Current/Elliott jeans from Chickdowntown.com. It ends on Wednesday and you must leave your email address to be considered!

Woah, I didn't know New Yorkers used Ketchup?! I love it but my parents (from NY) make fun of me. In fact, when we were making he shopping list for Micah's 1st birthday party (a bbq/pool party at my parents' last weekend) I put ketchup on the list and my mom asked me "who on earth is going to eat that?!"
On another note - thanks for your comments on my recent posts. I remember those crazy hormones and totally understand. I remember getting sucked in to Extreme Home Makeover and nearly biting Brad's head off when he tried to change the channel so I would stop crying. Also - your recent posts about nesting cracked me up. I remember that, too. Not sure if I "knew" you then, but I had a similar experience: http://no-one-thing.blogspot.com/2008/04/sentimental-backlash.html
Happy weekend, sweet bee!

As long as I can eat as many Otter Pops as I want, I'll be quite happy! :)

The best part of the 4th of July is definitely the sparklers.
To you, too, Lil Bee! Popsicles are a staple here - one great benefit of having a child ;)
