Childhood was my fave.

By the time this is posted, lil lil bee should have arrived. Hooray! Don't you know that Melisa's babe will come out laughing from months of listening to his mom type her blog posts? Congrats to the entire family.

Do you ever look back at your childhood (or more likely teenhood) and think, "What the heck was I complaining about!?" This thought has crossed my mind one or two hundred times. Growing up is hard and there are lots of days when I just want to curl up and return to childhood and just let someone else take care of things. Let's do a quick comparison of childhood versus adulthood:

Now I feel like calling my mom and whimpering until she decides she needs to send a care package. Oh, and I need to get on the American Girl Doll catalog list.

That Childhood/Today Chart was one of the most hilarious things I've read all week. How tragic it is to think that Target becomes a vacation from the real world once we are out of our teens! :)

We were truly livin' in it as kids! So sad I didn't take full advantage of having it soooo good!

fabulous chart and so true! I wish my biggest worry was getting an American Girl doll! I got two, for the record. And I do a little happy dance when the catalog magically shows up at my parents' house. Guess some things never change no matter how much you grow up!

This list was AWESOME. But how do you get bored with the Mighty Ducks so easily these days? It's a classic!
