I agree totally with you on this...being a born and bred New Yorker...we do tend to bitch about our winters, our summers, our fall...but all in all NYC is the best!

i've been really really LOVING all these NYC posts from the blogs lately, yours included! it's so cool getting an account of what it's like over there. i've only been there during the toy conventions at javits (around february), but it's always so cold and blizzardy. so it's nice seeing the warm side of nyc too :)

anyway, i'd love to visit nyc soon. it seems like everyone i know is moving there or visiting...

Aw, thanks guys...and button! I'm really going to make it a point to fully enjoy NYC this summer, and I think you should all do the same...even if it's just for a weekend vacay. That includes trips to Coney Island, Central Park concerts, and mucho Caipirinhas on rooftop bars. Sort of a Bee-on-a-Budget plan, but with really cute shoes.

Summer really IS such a nice time to visit, though...it's empty on weekends so you can go to any restaurant you want, and there are great rooftop bars for happy hour.
