These girls are so obsessed with their wedding they don't give a second thought to the marriage. I wonder if they even know who will be @ the end of the isle? I guess when you compare that to 50,000 tulips being flown in from Denmark the groom is moot. That said, I wouldn't dream of missing an episode.

I totally agree about these crazy ass women and their weddings. Even if I could afford a 500,000 dollar wedding, I wouldn't. It makes me sad to think about all that money going to a wedding.

I think that's way cool of you to do the donation thing. I think in today's society, everyone forgets what is really important. I recently got an invitation to a wedding in October and the bride put business cards to the places she was registered and put little tags on them that said, "The Happy Couple Are Registered Here And Would Love A Gift Card!"

I think people appreciate it more than a little trinket, to be honest. We made a donation to Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy, which affects a family member, and I got a lot of nice feedback on that.

As a bride to be, I think a wedding on ANY budget can afford to give back. My fiance and I decided to have a little note printed on our menus about our donation to Save The Children instead of giving out favor's people will just toss out. We aren't having one of these ridiculous circus events, but we feel like we can raise awareness about a cause that touches our hearts without it feeling like a charity gala either. I hope this continues!
